At Juridikservice.se, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer high-quality legal services with full transparency. We understand that circumstances can change, which is why we offer a clear refund policy to ensure that you, as a customer, feel confident in your purchase.

1. General Terms

1.1 A refund may be requested within 14 days of the date the service was purchased, provided that work has not yet begun.


1.2 If the legal service has been started or completed within the cancellation period, a refund can only be granted for parts of the service that have not yet been delivered, and then on a pro-rata basis.


1.3 The customer has the right to cancel their purchase in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59)

2. Conditions for a refund

A refund is granted only under the following circumstances


2.1 No work has begun on the specific service.


2.2 The client has not received any legal documents, advice, or materials as part of the service.


2.3 The service is not of a customized nature where an individual solution has already begun to be developed.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following services are not covered by the right of withdrawal


3.1 Legal consultations that have already been conducted.


3.2 Agreements or documents that have been tailored to the customer’s needs and where work has begun or been completed.


3.3 Services provided directly at the customer’s request before the cancellation period has expired.


3.4 If the customer has expressly consented to the service commencing during the cancellation period and accepted that the right of cancellation ceases upon delivery of the service.


4. Process for requesting a refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps


4.1 Contact us via email at info@juridikservice.se and provide your order number and a description of the reason for the refund.


4.2 We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.


4.3 After reviewing your request, we will notify you whether it has been approved or denied, as well as any further steps if a refund is to be issued.

5. Refund Process

If your return request is approved


5.1 The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.


5.2 The refund will be issued within 14 days of the request being approved.


5.3 Any administrative fees or costs for work already performed may be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

6. Disputes and Mediation

If a dispute arises regarding the buyback or other terms, we strive to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN) or adjudicated by a Swedish court.


In the event of legal disputes, the Stockholm District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
