Administrative law

An administrative court resolves disputes between individuals and government agencies, as well as disputes between businesses and government agencies. You can appeal a decision by a government agency—such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Tax Agency, or the municipal social services department—to the administrative court. The administrative court serves as the court of first instance among the general administrative courts. You appeal decisions by government agencies with which you are dissatisfied to the administrative court. This may, for example, concern a decision made by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Tax Agency, or the municipal social services department.
